A unique mini-golf course on a NATURA 2000 site
A unique project! Respectful of the environment, the Rillé Wake Park mini-golf course has been designed on a NATURA 2000 listed site.
What exactly is Natura 2000?
NATURA 2000 is a network of natural and semi-natural sites classified by the European Union. These exceptional sites have great heritage value in terms of both the fauna and flora they contain.
Why a mini-golf course on this site?
The site wanted to offer new activities that were simple, fun and linked to their specific environment. The idea of mini-golf proved to be completely suited to this type of site. We had to rethink the way we created a mini-golf course so that it respected all the rules laid down by the site.
A mini-golf course without concrete, you say?
Of course, yes! On a site classified NATURA 2000, it was impossible to envisage pouring a concrete screed for each course. So we had to rethink the way we created the course, using natural, environmentally-friendly materials.
Always with the idea of offering you a made-to-measure mini-golf course, we worked here around the theme of birds to fit in with the Rillé Wake Park. This course introduces you to different species of birds and allows you to learn more about them. Mini-golf is a fun and friendly activity.
Would you like to try your hand at authentic mini-golf? It takes place at Lac de Rillé (Rillé Wake Park 37340 Rillé)
