Is online payment secure?
The online store is protected by an SSL certificate. You are notified of this by the padlock icon and the https protocol displayed in your browser's URL bar.
What are the delivery times?
Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days after payment is received.
This timeframe is indicative, especially when ordering a custom-made or personalized product. These items are made to order, so the production time should also be taken into account.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and by French department. Any delivery area outside mainland France requires budgeting by our sales team.
In this case, you have the option to convert your cart into a quote. This option allows you to send your product list and receive a complete quote.
For a confirmed order, shipping costs calculated later are due. No order will be processed without payment of shipping fees.
We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product...
You must return it in its original packaging. If the legal 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you must state the reason for refusal on the delivery note or invoice.
For the reception of an incorrect product, we commit to sending you the correct product as soon as we receive your claim.
If the product received is damaged, please specify your preferred method for the return, which may include:
- Product repair
- Exchange
- Order cancellation (with refund)
What is the right of withdrawal?
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons for your decision. Referring to Article L221-23, you will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product(s) concerned.
You can find the withdrawal form to include with your request to exercise your right, which should be sent to us in writing via our web form. We will then provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal.
Simply returning the goods without declaration or refusing delivery is not sufficient to express your intention to withdraw.
