An effective solution for protecting your space
Safety is an essential element in the management of public spaces. That's why the Roissy-en-France town council, in collaboration with Ugolf, called on our expertise to address their problem: protecting users of the car park alongside the Roissy Golf Club.
Their common objective was simple: to protect the car park located on the bend of hole 1 from any golf balls that might have escaped from the course!
A complete service in total collaboration
Before installing the golf course fencing, a technical pre-visit is organised. This enables us to analyse the needs of the Roissy-en-France town council and determine the most appropriate solution for protecting users and cars parked in the car park. The visit enabled the technical characteristics of the area to be identified, the dimensions of the site to be taken and the materials suitable for this type of situation to be analysed.
Following this visit, a technical meeting is organised with the Roissy-en-France town council and the stakeholders to discuss the chosen solution and finalise the details of the installation.
A turnkey solution in record time
Right from the start of the project, the Roissy-en-France Town Hall imposed a precise deadline: the start of the Roissy PGA Open. The golf ball screens had to be in place for the launch of this major event.
Once the turnkey solution had been agreed with the Roissy Town Hall, our teams took charge of installing and fitting the three sections of golf ball-resistant netting. Thanks to the meticulous preparation and expertise of our team, the installation was carried out on time and efficiently.
The responsiveness of all the parties involved in this project meant that our golf ball barrier could be installed before the area could be revegetated.
Successful collaboration for secure events
The success of this installation is the result of close collaboration between the SPS Filets team and the Roissy-en-France town council. Thanks to total transparency and faultless responsiveness between the parties, the events planned by the Town Hall of Roissy-en-France were able to take place in complete safety.
