Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, we implement a personal data processing system for the purpose of selling and delivering products.

When a customer completes the sales process on the website www.spsfilets.com, the processing of personal data, for which the responsible entity is SAS SPS Filets, is necessary solely for the purpose of tracking an order.

Certain fields requested from the customer during account creation or in the sales process are mandatory to ensure the proper tracking of an order, the consideration of a request for a quote, or other information. Without this data provided by the customer, SPS Filets will not be able to respond appropriately to the customer's request.

Access to this personal data is limited:

  • To internal services of SPS Filets responsible for the online store, customer management, and marketing.
  • To service providers responsible for delivering customer orders.
  • If applicable, to the provider SendinBlue, which helps design and configure the sending of newsletters.

Under the conditions defined by the personal data protection regulation, the data subject has the right to request access to personal data, rectification or erasure of such data, limitation of processing, opposition to processing, and the right to data portability.

From the time of the order, personal data is retained for five years.

In case of a complaint, the customer can contact the National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL).
