Petzl I'DS Descender: self-braking with anti-panic system
The I'DS descender has a multi-function handle that releases the rope to manage descent speed. The side buttons offer greater freedom of movement on inclined and horizontal planes. It is also possible to stop at your workstation without a stop key.
The anti-panic system triggers if the user pulls too hard on the handle, causing a complete stop of the descent. An error indicator trigger minimises the risk of accidents.
