How to install a zip wire?

Firstly, make sure that your space can hold such a structure. The inclination of the cable, the height and the diameter of the trees are factors to be taken into consideration before buying the kit.

For a speed that promises adrenaline while maintaining a safe environment, we recommend an inclination of 3 to 6% of the wire rope.

Measure the diameter of your tree trunks in order to deduct this length from the length of the wire rope.

The installation of a zip wire does not damage the tree to which it is attached.

Next, you need to select the elements necessary to make a zip line.

Which equipment is required?

To make the zip line, you will need :

- a 30m galvanized steel cable

- an anti-skid pulley

For fixing :

- 1 clevis tensioner with sling, protection and cable clamp for fixing.

For greater stability, and therefore safety, we recommend using a zip line disc seat on the device. This allows the child to be properly installed and thus avoid any risk of falling.
