If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product...You must return it in its original packaging. If the legal period of 14 days of retraction is exceeded, you will have to indicate the reason for refusal on the delivery note or the invoice.
For a reception of nonconforming product, we commit ourselves to send you back the good product as soon as we receive your complaint.
If the product received is damaged, please specify your choice as to the modalities of this return, namely:
- Repair of the product
- Exchange
- Cancellation of the order (with refund)
What is the right of withdrawal?In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons for this decision. With reference to Article L221-23 you will bear the direct costs of returning the product(s) concerned.
