I get a problem when I validate my order, what can I do?

Is the online payment secure?
The online shop https://spsfilets.com is protected by the SSL certificate. You are notified by the display of the padlock and the https protocol in the url bar of your browser. All our prices are VAT included.

What are the delivery times?
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment.
This delay is indicative, especially when you order a custom-made or personalized product. These products are created on demand, the manufacturing time is therefore to be taken into account.

How are calculated the shipping fees?
Shipping fees are calculated on a weight basis, and by French department. Any delivery area outside of Metropolitan France requires a quotation from our sales team.
In this case, you have the possibility of transforming your cart into an quotation. This solution allows you to send your list of products and receive a complete quote.
Within the context of a validated order, the shipping fees calculated later are required. No order will be considered without the payment of shipping fees.

We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Can I edit or cancel a paid order?

If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product...
You must return it in its original packaging. If the legal period of 14 days of retraction is exceeded, you will have to indicate the reason for refusal on the delivery note or the invoice.

For a reception of nonconforming product, we commit ourselves to send you back the good product as soon as we receive your complaint.

If the product received is damaged, please specify your choice as to the modalities of this return, namely:
- Repair of the product
- Exchange
- Cancellation of the order (with refund)

What is the right of withdrawal?
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons for this decision. With reference to Article L221-23 you will bear the direct costs of returning the product(s) concerned.

Find the form of retraction to add to your request to exercise your right to send us a written notice from our web form.We will then send you an confirmation of receipt of your retraction.
The simple return of the good without declaration or the refusal to take delivery is not sufficient to express your will to withdraw.
