Structure:

The shelters are designed from tubes ∅90 mm galvanized steel inside and, outside, a zinc weight of 275 g/m2 covered with a layer of adhesion and polyester plasticization, thickness 90 microns. The tubes are drilled and provided with inserts crimped directly in the factory to allow the fixing of the various accessories necessary for the installation. The tubes are assembled using cast aluminum junction pieces. The plates are also designed from this resistant alloy. They allow to compensate in height and to catch up the false flatness of the ground.

Colours:

The shelters are available in the following colors:

•     green RAL 6005,
•     white RAL 9010,
•     anthracite gray RAL 7016.

Posts:

The number of posts needed to design your shelter depends on the final surface of its roof. Indeed, for a carport of less than 21 m2, only 4 posts will be necessary. On the other hand, for carports of more than 21 m2, you will need 6 posts on your shelter.

Roof:

The Boxit Standard shelter is made with a curved steel roof, thickness 75/100th, width 1 m and length adapted to the shelter, slate color RAL 5008. This type of roofing is designed to prevent the passage of UV rays.

Closing and door of the shelter:

Depending on your needs, it is possible to close the shelter on one or more sides. The shelters can be secured by 3 types of filling:

• Perforated sheet (square 8 cm x 8 cm) in galvanized and plasticized steel, height 2 m,
• Rigid panels with folds or double wires, in galvanized and plasticized steel, height 2 m,
• Alveolar polycarbonate, height 2 m.

Boxit Standard shelters are supplied with an integrated door 2 m high x 1.50 m wide, of the same filling as the one chosen for the shelter (except for polycarbonate with a door in mesh filling). For the shelters with rigid panels, a system of occultation by PVC blades is also possible.

For any online order, you must imperatively return to us the General Conditions of Delivery and Installation completed and signed (table of general conditions of delivery + acknowledgement of receipt). As a reminder, unloading is strictly at the customer's expense and risk. We advise you to be at least 2 people due to the weight and length of the packages.
