Nous sommes sincèrement désolés de constater que vous avez rencontré quelques soucis au déroulage du cordage. En effet, celle-ci est vendue en bobine, mais elle n'est pas enroulée autour d'un touret. À l'avenir, pour dérouler l'ensemble simplement, il vous suffit de ne défaire qu'une bande de colisage, celle près du bout du rouleau de cordage, marqué par un point vert. En laissant les deux autres bandes de colisage intactes, vous aurez ainsi plus de facilité à dérouler l'ensemble. Merci à vous, Nolwenn, de l'équipe SPS Filets

We're very sorry to hear that you had a few problems unrolling the rope. The rope is sold in reels, but is not wound on a spool. In future, if you want to unwind the rope easily, you'll only need to undo one of the packing strips, the one near the end of the rope reel, marked with a green dot.
