Insurer/descender in eight OTTO
Lightweight and functional figure eight belay / descender.
Made from a lightweight, hot-forged alloy, OTTO is a figure-eight belay / descender that can be used with single, half and twin ropes. Lightweight and functional, it is ideal for mountaineering and sport and traditional long route climbing.
It is an ideal piece of equipment for belaying the first rope in dynamic climbing and for abseiling.
OTTO is available in several sizes:
- Small, breaking load: 25kN
- Medium, breaking load : 30kN
- Large, breaking load : 35kN
